  Really happy with our visit. Seemed busy but staff on the day coped well turning out good pub meals and drinks with good humour.

  This place had such great vibes! Server was very relaxed and willing to chat, made us feel welcome and comfortable. Food was great and was really quick to be served too. Had the fish and chips and the pub burger. Might I say that was the best tartar sauce I've ever had. Really great experience on our overnight stay here! :)

  We walked in as the name was the selling point for us first timers to Jasper. We found a table near the bar where we sat for a few minutes and the bar tender gave us menus and walked away. She went behind the bar and continued her side duties as we sat there for 5 minutes without any acknowledgement. We watched her listen into conversations to the people already served at the bar and neglected to even look at us. The establishment had about 12 people in it. I don't even think she noticed us get up and leave. I've been in the hospitality industry for a long time and I understand when people are busy, service may lack. At the end of it all, we took our business elsewhere and tipped the server/bartender who had a fairly full place 30%.

  Loved the name of this place and it had good reviews online. We found a table easily but were disappointed with the beer selection and the service. Having worked in the service industry I can certainly appreciate good service when I come across it - there were 8 other people in the restaurant and service was slow and unfriendly. The microwaved artichoke dip was nice but something I could make at home. Go elsewhere in Jasper because there are better places around!

  Super slow service at the start. Once we finally got menus it wasn’t bad, but we almost gave up waiting. Food is okay. Kind of have to pick and choose. The dog bone was awesome. Burgers are cheap store bought patties, but it is one of the cheapest burgers in town unless you go to A & W so what can you expect really.
