  Very nicely updated room. Great pool, hot tub, steam room and dry sauna! Room needed a larger mat at the entrance and bathroom shower edges were showing a build-up of dirt. Housekeeping could do some deep cleaning in slower times. Overall very friendly staff and will probably stay next visit in Jasper!

  This is the second time we have stayed here in the last couple of months and we will likely stay again. We stayed in one of the rooms with a view which was gorgeous. It is very spacious with a gas fire place and a 4 piece washroom. It is worth nothing that the room did not include a kitchenette or a microwave. They had forgotten to send cups for the coffee maker to our room, but room service was happy to help. The breakfast at the Inn is simple but certainly adequate. The pool and hot tub are more than expected of a hotel. It is a bit away from town centre, but certainly walkable. Thanks for the stay!

  Great place to stay while visiting Jasper. Walking distance to the main town was welcomed while the frigid temperatures remained for the 3 days we were visiting. Pool area was used and enjoyed. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Have stayed here twice since my son moved to Edmonton and we make this a place to visit and stay each time we have visited him.

  The hotel has been renovated since we had stayed last. The room had nice furniture and a lovely bed. You could see some water stains on the ceilings in different places but there didn't seem to be any mold. Some of the staff were helpful and lovely, others may need additional training. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast had many choices for hotel guests. Overall, it was a good stay.
