  This is a lovely location for a retreat. It has its own ice skating loop, a lovely outdoor heated pool and hot tub and great restaurants. The food is fantastic and they have live music in the large common area with lovely fireplaces and the Mooses Nook has a live pianist. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is some of the units need renovation.

  We stayed here for three nights and received nothing but the best service. The room was very clean and comfortable with coffee and tea and a mini fridge. Reception was quick and we were offered help with our bags. They have a very sweet dog living in the lobby that you can walk if you want. The lobby is beautiful and very welcoming. The staff is so friendly and answered all our questions. The food was delicious. I booked a haircut and manicure and was so happy with my treatment at the spa. Our entire holiday at the lodge was so amazing and relaxing. I would absolutely come back here.

  Wonderful experience. We went for a one night getaway over the new year and honestly it feels like it was a few days. Great staff, very helpful. Wonderful grounds to walk around, you can spend hours just enjoying being onsite. We will definitely be back in the future. Just over all really good. Yes the bathrooms are small how ever we knew this going into it so that’s not a negative for us.

  Great hotel for people to see what Jasper has to offer. Also fairly close to Jasper town and nearby mountains and trails. Also you can go to Jasper town to book skiing tickets for Marmot basin. This hotel is dog friendly but be aware that in the chalet there are some areas dogs can go and walk around. If you want food you have to buy takeout from the bar as servers will not serve you in certain sections of the chalet.

  Arriving at the property which was a short 10 minute drive from the town of Jasper, the entire site was maintained and has a certain rustic cottage feel from the drive to the parking area to the main building itself. They have a variety of types of rooms or chalets to rent and a lot of amenities to choose from such as a spa, dining at a few different restaurants or swimming outdoors in the winter. The food is very good but nothing you wouldn't expect from a Fairmont hotel, and the service I received was excellent. Overall a great experience and a lovely place to stay and enjoy the national park.

  The beds are comfortable and if your lucky use the fireplace. This is a great place for family during Christmas to play board games.
