  The good: it was new, really clean, great bathroom and television, quiet warm. The staff are all wonderful, including the cleaning staff!

  Excellent hotel. Building is all redone inside and out. Room very clean. All staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very good with everything covered food wise. The breakfast staff are on top of everything. Short walk from town and train station. We will make this our go to place in Jasper. Thank you staff.

  It was clean and tidy. The rooms were super nice. Enjoyed the outdoor spa tubs. The desk was a lot of help. We got in late and were striking out with ordering food so we asked what's open and he filled us in on where we can eat. Nice walk from downtown Jasper.

  An amazing room! We booked late and all they had left was the Honeymoon Suite! So worth it! Beautiful whirlpool tub in our living room and electric fireplace! The king size bed and multihead shower were awesome! Great staff and so welcoming! We've stayed a couple times before and definitely will be back at some point! Love love love!

  The room was heaps smaller than the pictures. I know this is to be expected from hotels but we assumed from the description that there would be at least a door between upstairs and downstiars. Apparently not. For a family stay with kids, this would be great. For our set up, it was a bit annoying.

  The bad: The heater made the most horrific noise. For the "romantic stargazing package" this was pretty interesting.

  Clean, well laid out room. Small but a good use of space. The microwave and fridge were excellent additions. The hot tub is a perfect temperature.

  The walls are a bit thin. We could hear a kid running up and down the halls next door for about an hour one morning.

  What a lovely place. Located just out of town, it's fairly new and has good facilities.
