  For my entree, I got the Evil Chicken. My sweet potatoe was burnt, the chicken was pretty flavourless, the corn tasted off and my beans were salty. Judging by other photos posted of the same meal, I like to believe it was a mix up.

  Apps were really good, Cowboy sushi is amazing. Entrees were also really good, however, we waited over an hour for our meals while all the tables around us that arrived after us recieved theirs. We were only a table of 6, not ridiculous for prep in a restaurant of this reputation. Will go back one day and will re-adjust rating to reflect better service.

  So i seen the ratings and I was excited to take my dad here as a treat for his birthday but it turned out to be a mistake. Not sure if they were having a bad night but overall I wasn't impressed by my meal.

  First off, I ordered the Holy Cow as an appetizer. The meat was tender but the sauce was overwhelmingly salty. The server did not stop by to ask how it was.

  While in Jasper with a group, We ate at Evil Dave's. Our experience was exceptional. The food was great, probably the best I've had in Alberta. The Service was outstanding. All around great experience. I would recommend to anyone seeking a dining experience beyond the norm.

  Cowboy sushi!!! Must try! Meatloaf was out of this world. And the waitress was extremely accommodating for my boyfriend's dairy allergy. She even comped his beer as it was his birthday! Would highly recommend!!

  Ordered the chicken thigh entrée. Incredibly small portion. The rest of the meal and service was great. Chicken thighs are not an expensive protein. Not the place to cheep out! Previous posts by the owner indicate they use a 6 oz size for protein. I do not believe two small chicken thighs would add up to anything close to 6 ounces.
