  Just reminded me how bad the food is at KFC. Overly greasy, and just not good. At least it was a clean location.

  Service was slow..there is a staff named SUE who is not VERY WELCOMING. She should not be working in a fast paced environment if she can not handle the pressure of the job. She seems to be not enjoying what she is doing and you can not see the passion in her by the way she performs.SUE DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE WORKING IN A FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY.

  Terrible experience here. While waiting for our order we saw one of the worker drop a (wrapped) order on the floor after swinging it around for fun, and just gave it to customer. The cashier was playing with a fidget spinner instead of at least trying to be productive. He also played with our drink cup before handing it to us, basically palming it all over which was super unsanitary. When we ordered we asked for chicken wing sauce on the side. They made the order with sauce on the wings. This was a miscommunication, that's fine. But the kid working the cash basically replied "well, they're already done, so it's too late". That kind of service is ridiculous. Another employee had to intervene after we protested and basically forced them to redo the order and the original kid who took the order whispered to the guy prepping the order while we waited. Food service isn't easy, but the people working here don't even try.

  One of the worst KFC branches ever. I was charged way too much for my burgers and when asked for a refund the manager tried to convince me that I was wrong until I showed her my receipt. The manager on duty could hardly speak any english and was really rude. The sandwiches were cold and dry. Will never go again.
