  The place is big so even if there's a little waiting line chances are you will be seated promptly (specially for smaller parties).

  The staff were friendly, but that was the only positive. A hair in my sister's food, mushy waffles, under cooked bacon. Definitely not what we were expecting based on the reviews. We had one bite of our meals and asked for our money back. I recommend breakfast at the hotel next door (delicious and a much better price!).

  Wait time was good and the wait staff was friendly, but the food was tasteless, and hollandaise sauce tasted like gravy. Very disappointed

  Kids menu is pretty nice so I think this is a good family restaurant. Not sure why people advise to go to McDonalds because there isn't one in Jasper. The food is pretty much standard North American fare with nothing to super love or hate. I'm not crazy about the coffee here but I don't expect it to be like a specialty coffee shop. Smitties is right across from the VIA rail station so it's pretty handy if you're on a 45 minute stop on your way through. I haven't experienced long waits but, like most places in Jasper, in the busiest part of summer things can get pretty hopping & you'll have to wait.

  Server was rude, slow and definitely not accommodating and i feel like this person shouldn't be working with the public if she can't be professional and helpful enough, food portion was small and overpriced and really not that good. Very disappointed with this location and will never go back.
